The purpose of the amendment <br /> is to designate the Arthur Fredrickson House located at <br /> 702 W. Colfax, South Bend an Historic Landmark. <br /> At its December 14, 1987 meeting, the Historic Preservation <br /> Commission moved to send to the Common Council a favorable <br /> recommendation to designate the Arthur Fredrickson House as an <br /> Historic Landmark.
