A multi-level <br /> parking deck is to be constructed at a later date. <br /> EXISTING LAND USE: The property contains three single-family homes <br /> ---- and a parking lot. <br /> SURROUNDING_LAND USE AND ZONING: Located to the north is an office converted from a <br /> home zoned "B" Residential; to the east is a <br /> parking lot and single-family homes zoned "B" <br /> Residential ; to the south across Navarre Street is <br /> a single-family home zoned "B" Residential; to the <br /> east across the alley are several commercial uses <br /> zoned "C" Commercial . <br /> SITE_PLAN: I A site plan is not required for rezonings <br /> initiated by Council members. <br /> AGENCY COMMtNTS: The City Engineer made the following comments: (1) <br /> City water and sanitary sewers are available to <br /> site. 2. Dryweils will be required for storm water <br /> at a capacity rate of 30 gallon per 100 square <br /> • <br /> foot. 3.
