ORDINANCE NO. la 7�D—a0 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE FOR <br /> PROPERTY LOCATED AT 115 - 119 EAST NAVARRE STREET <br /> IN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of <br /> South Bend, Indiana: <br /> SECTION I. Ordinance No. 4990-68, as amended, which <br /> ordinance is commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of <br /> South Bend, Indiana, be and the same hereby is amended in order that <br /> the zoning classification of the following described real estate in <br /> the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, State of Indiana: <br /> Lots Numbered Two (2), Three (3), Four (4), Five (5) <br /> Six (6), Seven (7), Eight (8), Eleven (11), Twelve (12) <br /> and Thirteen (13), as shown on the recorded plat of <br /> Dinan's Subdivision of Lots 36 and 41, inclusive of <br /> Rockstroh's Second Addition to the City of South Bend, <br /> St. Joseph County, Indiana. <br /> be and the same is hereby established as "C" Commercial, "E" Height and <br /> Area. <br /> SECTION II.
