Jerome Jones who lives at 2413 Kenwood Street. The <br /> property is currently vacant and Mr. Jones is interested in <br /> building a residential structure on the lot. The lot is 40 <br /> feet by 128 feet. <br /> It is my understanding that with filing this Bill and <br /> Petition today, that it will be placed on the Area Plan's <br /> agenda for its meeting on Tuesday, July 19th. I would, <br /> therefore, request that the hearing before the Common <br /> Council take place on Monday, July 25th. <br /> I look forward to discussing this Bill with you in greater <br /> detail when it is referred to the Zoning and Vacation <br /> Committee for review and recommendation.
