• <br /> Bill No. <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 7 g 9(4-gT <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE <br /> FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2405 KENWOOD STREET <br /> IN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br /> STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT <br /> Section 21-118 of the Municipal Code of the City of <br /> South Bend authorizes a member of the Common Council to <br /> initiate a rezoning. <br /> The following Bill is being introduced pursuant to that <br /> Section to rezone the property commonly known as 2405 <br /> Kenwood Street from "C" Commercial "D" Height and Area to <br /> "A" Residential "A" Height and Area. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of <br /> the City of South Bend, Indiana as follows: <br /> SECTION I. Ordinance . No. 4990-68, as amended, which <br /> ordinance is commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the <br /> City of South Bend, Indiana, is amended in order that the <br /> zoning classification of the following described real estate <br /> in the City of South Bend, Indiana, St. Joseph County, State <br /> of Indiana: <br /> Lot 103 Kaleys 1st Addition <br /> be and the same is hereby established as "A" Residential. "A" <br /> Height & Area. <br /> SECTION II.
