INTER-OFFICE MEMORANDUM <br /> DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br /> DIVISION OF ENGINEERING <br />TO: Anne Fuchs, Clerk <br />Board of Public Works <br />FROM: Zach Hurst, Project Engineer <br />SUBJECT: Extension of Long Term Occupancy <br />Commerce Center – FA Wilhelm <br />DATE: January 20, 2021 <br />FA Wilhelm has submitted a request to extend their Long Term Occupancy of LaSalle Avenue <br />and Sycamore Street for the purposes of construction of the Commerce Center mixed-use <br />development. This extension would run through May 31st, 2021. <br />They have been invoiced for the fee required, and continue to maintain their traffic control <br />devices in the interest of safety for the traveling public. <br />It is requested that the extension be granted, subject to FA Wilhelm being required to coordinate <br />with City personnel, as necessary, to allow safe access for other utilities to perform work within <br />the closures if the need arises. <br />Please call with your questions (MS Teams).
