Section IV. The purpose of the vacation of the real property is for safety <br />and security reasons. The side door to our home at 1043 Riverside Dr. opens <br />right on to the alley with the potential of the door being opened or someone <br />stepping out into an oncoming vehicle. Secondly, pedestrian traffic uses this side <br />alley its' close proximity to our home diminishes our privacy and increases our <br />need for security measures. <br />SECTION V.
