CITY OF SOUTH BEND <br />DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />DIVISION OF ENGINEERING <br />TO: Board of Public Works <br />FROM: Leslie Biek, PE <br />SUBJECT: Corby Ironwood and Rockne Change Orders 6 <br />DATE: 11/13/2020 <br />Attached you will find change order # 6 for the federally funded Corby Ironwood and Rockne <br />Intersection Improvement project (PN 116 -034). <br /> This change order is for the repair of a sprinkler line that was damaged at 765 Country Club Lane <br />for a total price of $922.20. Sprinkler line repair was not included in the bid. <br />__________________ <br />This change order is not federally participating and as a result will be 100% locally funded. <br />It is requested the Board of Public Works approve Change Order 6 for the Corby, Ironwood <br />and Rockne project (PN 116-034) for an increase of $922.20 bringing the new contract price <br />to $ 3,177,504.69. <br />Thank you for your consideration of this request.
