Steve has been the project engineer <br />for a variety of INDOT projects, which include <br />road resurfacing, road reconstruction, bridge <br />rehabilitation and bridge replacement. He also <br />has design experience in both highway and <br />public works projects. Steve has performed <br />topographical surveys as well as material testing <br />on several private developer projects.
