<br />Mike will lead the Burke team for the Coal Line Trail project. He has nearly 15 years of
<br />experience, including working for South Bend’s engineering department, giving him a familiarity
<br />with municipal projects and procedures. Mike’s responsibilities include planning, analysis,
<br />design, and review of site development, utility and stormwater, and roadway design projects.
<br />He coordinates with clients and government agencies, prepares contract documents, and assists
<br />with project bidding and construction administration.
