Remove 1 layer of Shingles 23 sq. Strip roof down <br />to roof decking. Replace any damaged roof decking(2 <br />boards included in qoute) additional wood repairs will be <br />$50 per board for (4X8X 7/16 OSB) and $60 for (4X8X 1/2 or <br />3/4 OSB). If new roof decking needs to be installed over <br />wood slats additional cost will be ($3,450.00). Fascia board <br />repairs will be $7.00 LN FT as needed. Brown Aluminum <br />soffit and fascia repairs will be 10 LN FT as needed. Install <br />brown 1.5 inch drip edge. Install 2 rolls of ice barrier on <br />eaves,valleys,sidewalls, chimney, and around roof <br />penetrations. Install synthetic underlayment. Cover box <br />vents and install ridge vent for better roof ventilation <br />(replace north side box vent on main house). Install flashing <br />and counter flashing on chimney.
