ORDINANCE NO. 7e9?d --Z4? <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $86,200.00 FROM <br /> THE CUMULATIVE SEWER BUILDING AND SINKING <br /> FUND TO PROJECT CS831, TWYCKENHAM STORM SEWER, <br /> WITHIN THE CUMULATIVE SEWER BUILDING AND SINKING <br /> FUND <br /> STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br /> In the best interest of public health and safety it is necessary <br /> to design storm sewer separation from Twyckenham to the St. Joseph River. <br /> Funds are now needed for the design of this improvement. These funds are <br /> available from the Cumulative Sewer Building and Sinking Fund. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL <br /> OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA. <br /> Section I: The following sum of money is hereby appropriated <br /> and ordered set apart from the Cumulative Sewer Building and Sinking <br /> Fund for the project in the amount set forth below: <br /> PROJECT NO. LOCATION AMOUNT <br /> 831 Twyckenham to the St. Joseph $ 86,200.00 <br /> River <br /> Section II: This ordinance shall be in full force and <br /> effect from and after its passage by the Common Council and <br /> approval by the Mayor. <br /> Me per o the Common Council <br />
