ORDINANCE NO. 72rAref-g .. __. . <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $175,716.00 FROM <br /> THE LOCAL ROAD AND STREET FUND TO PROJECT <br /> R&S 8802, PAVING MATERIALS, WITHIN THE LOCAL <br /> ROAD AND STREET FUND <br /> STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br /> In order to provide for safe and efficient movement of <br /> vehicles, paving improvements are needed on certain streets within <br /> the City of South Bend. Funds are needed for the cost of materials <br /> for these improvements. These funds are available from the Local <br /> Road and Street Fund. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL <br /> OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Section I: The following sum of money is hereby appropriated <br /> and ordered set apart from the Local Road and Street Fund for the <br /> project in the amount set forth below: <br /> PROJECT NO.
