Transfer funds from Code Enforcement's Management and Inspection <br /> program to its Clean-up Crew to allow for an increased effort <br /> in this summer' s clean-up efforts. <br /> 3. Transfer funds between years for the Monroe Park activities. <br /> We transferred too much out of this account in an earlier <br /> ordinance. <br /> 4 .
