ORDINANCE NO. 7 g <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE FOR PROPERTY <br /> LOCATED AT 641 SANCOME AVENUE IN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana <br /> SECTION I. Ordinance No. 4990-68, as amended, which ordinance is <br /> commonly as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend, Indiana, be <br /> and the same hereby is amended in order that the zoning ordinance <br /> classification of the following described real estate in the City of South <br /> Bend, St. Joseph County, State of Indiana: <br /> A parcel of land being a part of the Northwest Quarter of the <br /> Southwest Quarter of Section 2, Township 37 North, Range 2 East, City <br /> of South Bend, Portage Township, St. Joseph County, Indiana and being <br /> more particularly described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the intersection of the Northwesterly right-of-way line <br /> of Sancome Avenue with the Southwesterly right-of-way line of LaPorte <br /> Avenue; thence South 40 02' 50" West, along said Northwesterly <br /> right-of-way line of Sancome Avenue, a distance of 178.54 feet to the <br /> Northeasterly corner of Tax Lot F in the Unrecorded Subdivision of <br /> Davis Plat; thence continuing South 41 02' 50" West, along said <br /> Northwesterly right-of-way line, a distance of 28. 43 feet; thence <br /> North 46 27 ' 10" West, a distance of 60.00 feet; thence North 34 36' <br /> 50" West a distance of 36.00 feet; thence North 76 43 ' 45" West, a <br /> distance of 18.65 feet to the East right-of-way line of Wilbur Street; <br /> thence North 0 00' 00" East (Bearing Assumed this description) along <br /> said West line of Wilbur Street, a distance of 19.69 feet to the <br /> centerline of a vacated East-West 12 foot alley; thence North 46 12' <br /> 42" East, along said centerline, a distance of 30.04 feet to its <br /> intersection with the Northwesterly projection of the Northeasterly <br /> line of said Tax Lot F; thence South 39 59' 19" East, along said <br /> Northeasterly line and its projection, a distance of 123.05 feet to <br /> the place of beginning. <br /> Subject to any easements, covenants or restrictions of record. <br /> be and the same is hereby amended from B Residential, A and E Height and <br /> Area to D Light Industrial, E Height and Area. <br /> SECTION II.
