Voorde : <br /> The City of South Bend has received funds through the Emergency Shelter <br /> Grants Program which is administered by the State of Indiana Department of <br /> Human Services. These funds will be used to provide shelter and other <br /> services to the homeless in the South Bend area. <br /> A portion of the funds will be allocated to the United Religious Community <br /> of St. Joseph County, Inc. (URC) to defray part of the cost of operating <br /> the 805 S.
