STAFF REPORT <br /> INITIATED BY COUNCILMAN LEE SLAVINSKAS #12133-88 November 1 , 1988 <br /> East side of Ivy Road , approximately 525 feet <br /> north of Edison Road <br /> City of 'Soh Bend <br /> REQUESTED)'l! ACTION: The petitioner is requesting a zone change from <br /> "A" Residential to "B" Residential , "A" Height and <br /> Area to allow uses permitted in the "B" <br /> Residential District. <br /> EXISTING LAND USE: The property contains a single-family home. <br /> SURROUNDIYdG LAND USE AND ZONING: Located to the north is a single-family home in <br /> the County zoned "R" Residential ; to the east is a <br /> single-family home in the City zoned "B" <br /> I Residential and Jamison Inn zoned "C" Commercial ; <br /> to the south is a single-family home in the County <br /> zoned "R" Residential ; and to the west across Ivy <br /> Road are single-family homes in the County zoned <br /> "R" Residential . <br /> ACCESS: Access to the site is from Ivy Road. <br /> DRAINAGE: The drainage has not been addressed by the <br /> petitioner. <br /> DATA. The total site to be rezoned is 22,732 square <br /> feet. <br /> SITE PLAN: A site plan is not required for rezonings <br /> initiated by Council . <br /> AGENCY COMMENTS; = ` �f The City Engineer made the following comments: <br /> (1) City sanitary sewes are available to site. <br /> " (2) City water is available. (3) Storm water <br /> must be retained on site with drywells at a <br /> szmuyti,4, capacity storage rate of 30 gallons per 100 square <br /> feet of roof and paved areas. <br />
