PUBLIC AGENDA SESSION APRIL 24, 2008 -.1 2 4 <br />The PL111blic Agenda Session of the Board of Public Works was convened at 10:33 a.m. on April <br />24, 2008, by Board President Mr. Gary A. Gilot, with Board Member Donald E. Inks present. <br />Board member Carl P. Littrell was absent. Also present was Board Attorney Cheryl Greene. <br />Board of Public Works Clerk, Linda M.
