BILL NO. <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 19 3s_'& <br /> AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING $7,996.32 FROM THE <br /> PARK DISTRICT CONSTRUCTION FUND TO THE PARK DISTRICT <br /> BOND REDEMPTION FUND TO BE ADMINISTERED BY THE <br /> DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC PARKS <br /> STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br /> THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC PARKS has completed all the projects <br /> funded by the $3,500,000.00 1982 Park Bond Issue and surplus bond <br /> proceeds in the amount of $7,996.32 exist in the Park District <br /> Construction Fund, this surplus is now needed to be transferred <br /> to the Bond Redemption Fund. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> SECTION I. The sum of $7,996.32 is hereby transferred from <br /> the Park District Construction Fund to the Bond Redemption Fund to <br /> help pay for the interest and principal costs of Park Bond Issues. <br /> This transfer is to be administered by the Department of Public Parks <br /> as set forth below: <br /> ACCOUNT DESCRIPTION AMOUNT <br /> 302 Park District Bond Redemption Fund $7,996.32 <br /> TOTAL $7,996.32 <br /> SECTION II.
