We also have been <br /> retained by the hospital to act on their behalf to represent <br /> them before all the governing bodies. We are requesting that <br /> the parcel may be rezoned from "A" Residential to "B" Residential <br /> for the expansion of the parking lot. <br /> With the expansion of Michigan Community Hospital in the area <br /> of the number of beds and other diagnostic services, the <br /> hospital does need additional parking for their employees and <br /> visitors . The existing three (3) houses along Tuxedo Drive <br /> will be either relocated or demolished for the expansion of the <br /> parking lot.
