IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> SOUTH BEND, INDIANA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> SECTION I. The sum of $75,095. 00 is hereby appropriated from the <br /> Emergency Medical Services.
