V13 - <br /> - 8�/ <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $75,095.00 FROM THE EMERGENCY <br /> MEDICAL SERVICES CAPITOL IMPROVEMENT FUND TO <br /> DEFRAY FIRE DEPARTMENT EXPENSES <br /> STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: Monies available in the Emergency <br /> Medical Services Capitol Improvement Fund are now needed in order to <br /> make payments due on a lease-purchase agreement and to cover <br /> equipment and station repair expenses. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE. IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> SOUTH BEND, INDIANA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> SECTION I. The sum of $75,095. 00 is hereby appropriated from the <br /> Emergency Medical Services. Capitol Improvement Fund No. 288 to be <br /> administered by the Fire Department and distributed as set forth <br /> below: <br /> 288. 000.16.04399.00 Other contractuals $ 47,295. 00 <br /> 288.000.16.04429.00 Other equipment 20,000. 00 <br /> 288.000. 16. 04431.00 Radio equipment 7,800. 00 <br /> TOTAL $ 75,095.00 <br /> SECTION II .
