Motion to approve the removal and replacement of 22 steel casement windows with <br />Marvin Infinity fiberglass windows on COA #2020-1028 passes. <br /> <br />IV. PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR <br />N/A <br /> <br />V. REGULAR BUSINESS <br />A. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />i. October 19, 2020 <br /> <br />Commissioner Andrews made a motion to adopt the October 19th meeting <br />minutes. Seconded by Commissioner Stalheim. <br /> <br />Five in favor, none opposed. <br />Vote: 5 – 0. Motion to accept the October 19th meeting minutes passes. <br /> <br />B. STAFF REPORTS <br />i. Administrative Approvals <br />1. Twelve projects were approved this month. <br />2. 1019 South Michigan Street discussion of roof leak repair. <br />3. 803 Notre Dame Avenue discussion of parking lot location. <br /> <br />C. COMMITTEE REPORTS <br />i. Disposition of Historic Preservation Assets <br />1. Administrator Feasel gave an update on the progress of the use of the <br />former office space for storage. Administrator Feasel also announced <br />that large-format blueprints are being prepared to be sent for scanning. <br />ii. Standards Update <br />1. Commissioner Downs-Krostenko gave an update on the public <br />engagement, including a mailer, online questionnaire, online access to <br />Standards, two in person public meetings, and a period of collecting <br />input. <br />2. Administrator Feasel gave an update on a potential online engagement <br />platform that the City is considering. <br />3. Specialist Toering gave an update on the designated historic properties <br />map that can be useful for the mailers but also recording historic <br />properties. Goal is to have it done by Thanksgiving. <br />4. Commissioner edits to the Standards are underway by Kurt. After <br />Thanksgiving a new updated version will be sent to Commissioners for <br />review. Goal to finalized Standards Update remains as March 2021. <br />iii. Historic Districts <br />1.
