EXHIBIT B <br />Project Concept <br />Jones Petrie Rafinski Corp. ( "JPR ") proposes to acquire and rehabilitate and modify the property <br />located at 402 S. Lafayette Blvd. JPR's plans for this site are to move their current main entrance on <br />the south side of their building to the north; reconfigure their interior space to accommodate this <br />change; and to completely change the look of this site by adding new asphalt, curbing, landscaping, <br />and lighting. These changes will compliment work recently completed across Lafayette at the Cove <br />by the use of decorative brick columns and fencing. <br />Currently there are three options being considered, with an investment by JPR ranging from <br />$280,000 to $362,000. These options will be finalized into a single plan in the near future, at which <br />time staff will present that plan to the Commission for approval. <br />The timeline for the completion of these improvements is twenty -four (24) months. <br />18 <br />
