EJCDC <br />ENGINEERS JOINT CONTRACT <br />DOCUMENTS COMMITTEE <br />This is Appendix 1, Engineer's <br />Standard Hourly Rates, referred to in <br />and part of the Short Form of Agreement <br />between Owner and Engineer for <br />Professional Services dated December 17, <br />2020 . <br />s Standard Hourly Rates <br />A. Standard Hourly Rates: <br />1. Standard Hourly Rates are set forth in this Appendix 1 and include salaries <br />and wages paid to personnel in each billing class plus the cost of customary <br />and statutory benefits, general and administrative overhead, non -project <br />operating costs, and operating margin or profit. <br />2. The Standard Hourly Rates apply only as specified in Paragraphs 7.01 and <br />7.02, and are subject to annual review and adjustment. <br />3. Rate schedule adjustments will be made based on the 12 month percent <br />change, as of December 31, 20XX, as compared to he previous year as <br />listed in the "Employment Cost Index Wage and Salaries (not seasonally <br />adjusted), for private industry worker, professional, scientific and technical <br />services", as issued each December by the U.S. Department of Labor, <br />Bureau of Labor Statistic, Base=December 2005=100 (ECI). The effective <br />date of the rate schedule adjustment shall be December, 20XX of each <br />subsequent year and not less than 12 months from the agreement date. <br />B.
