The current fees set by this ordinance <br /> were calculated from the 2012 Medicare Fee Schedule. The fees are 150%of the allowable <br /> reimbursement set by Medicare. The current fees have been in place since January 1,2009. <br /> Medicare typically adjusts its fee schedule annually. Most often,this will result in an <br /> increase in reimbursable amounts. Since the rate increase that took effect in 2009,there have <br /> been modest increases in the allowable reimbursement by Medicare. <br /> 2 <br />
