DILL NO. <br /> ORDINANCE NO. ;® ia <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING MONIES FOR THE PURPOSE <br /> OF DEFRAYING THE EXPENSES OF SEVERAL DEPARTMENTS <br /> OF THE CIVIL CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA FOR THE <br /> FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 1990, AND ENDING <br /> DECEMBER 31, 1990, INCLUDING ALL OUTSTANDING CLAIMS <br /> AND OBLIGATIONS, AND FIXING A TIME WHEN THE SAME <br /> SHALL TAKE EFFECT. <br /> STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br /> It is necessary to pass this Ordinance in order to <br /> appropriate monies to defray the expenses of several departments of <br /> the Civil City of South Bend, Indiana for 1990. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> SECTION I. For the expenses of the. Civil City Government, <br /> its various departments, funds, commissions, and institutions for the <br /> fiscal year ending December 31, 1990, the following sums of money, as <br /> set forth in the attached budget which is made a part hereof, are <br /> hereby appropriated and ordered set apart out of the funds <br /> hereinafter named, and for the purposes hereinafter specified, <br /> subject to the laws governing the same. The sums herein appropriated <br /> shall be deemed to include all expenditures authorized to be made in <br /> said year, unless otherwise expressly stipulated or provided by the <br /> law. <br /> SECTION II . For the fiscal year ending December 31, 1990, <br /> there is hereby appropriated out of the General Fund and from Funds <br /> other than the General Fund, of said City to wit: Park Maintenance . <br /> Fund, Motor Vehicle Highway Fund, Fire Pension Fund, Police Pension. <br /> Fund, Liability Insurance and Premium Reserve Fund, Cumulative <br /> Capital Development Fund, Park District Bond Fund, Urban <br /> Redevelopment Bond Fund, Junk Vehicle Fund, Unsafe Building Fund, <br /> Discovery Hall Fund, Morris Civic Auditorium Fund, T.I.F. Allocation <br /> Fund, Cumulative Capital Improvement Fund, and the Redevelopment <br /> District Bond Funds. <br /> SECTION III.
