ORDINANCE NO. 30.3A - 9 <br /> AN ORDINANCE INCREASING APPROPRIATIONS AND REDUCING <br /> APPROPRIATIONS WITHIN THE VARIOUS ACCOUNTS OF THE LOCAL <br /> ROADS AND STREETS FUND <br /> STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br /> In order to close completed projects, meet existing and <br /> proposed traffic demands and to provide for safe and efficient <br /> movement of vehicles, certain improvements are needed within the City <br /> of South Bend, Indiana. Funds are now needed for the traffic signal <br /> at the corner intersection of Bendix and Sugar Maple along with funds <br /> for various Railroad improvements. These funds are available from <br /> the Local Roads and Streets Fund. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL <br /> OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Section I: The following sum of money is hereby appropriated <br /> and ordered set apart from the Local Roads and Streets Fund for the <br /> projects in the amount set forth below: <br /> PROJECT NO.
