ORDINANCE NO. M90-0 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE, <br /> AND ESTABLISHING AN HISTORIC LANDMARK FOR <br /> PROPERTY LOCATED AT 618 N. Leland , IN THE <br /> CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br /> WHEREAS, the Historic Preservation Commission of South Bend <br /> and St . Joseph County has petitioned for the designation of the <br /> following described real estate as an Historic Landmark under <br /> Ordinance No. 5565-73 , as amended , to wit : <br /> Lot numbered 24 on the recorded Plat of Burroughs <br /> Subdivision of Bank Out Lot Numbered 115 of the Third <br /> Plat of the Town, now the City of South Bend . <br /> The improvements located upon said land can be commonly <br /> described as 618 N. Leland hereinafter referred to as <br /> the "PROPERTY. " <br /> WHEREAS, the Historic Preservation Commission of South Bend <br /> and St .
