FO/ Q AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 18211 IRELAND ROAD, IN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AND 18239 IRELAND ROAD, IN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: SECTION I . Ordinance No. 4990-68, as amended, which ordinance is commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend, Indiana, be and the same hereby is amended in order that the zoning classification of the following described real estate in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, State of Indiana: That part of the Northeast quarter of Section 30, T. 37 N. , R. 3 E. , Centre Township, St. Joseph County, Indiana which is described as: Beginning at a Point on the East and West quarter line of said Section which is West (assumed bearing) , 1052.30 ft. from the East quarter Post of said Section; thence West along said line and the Centerline of Ireland Road, 273.10 ft. to the Southwest Corner of the East half of the Northeast quarter of said Section; thence N. 00°00 '47" E. along the West line of the East half of the Northeast quarter of said Section, 655.06 ft. (657.25 ft. , record) to an existing Iron Pipe; thence East parallel with the East and West quarter line of said Section, 273.10 ft. ; thence S. 00°00 '47" W. , 655.06 ft. (657 .25 ft. , Record) to the Point of Beginning. Subject to the legal rights of a public highway and any ease- ments, covenants or restrictions of record . be and the same is hereby established as C Commercial zoning classification and C Commercial height and area district. SECTION II .
