The Area Plan Commission <br /> at its public hearing on August 15, 1989, took the following action: <br /> Upon a motion by Joseph Serge, being seconded by Harold Means and unanimously <br /> carried, the proposed ordinance of Relative Real Estate Management, Inc. to <br /> zone from "A" Residential to "A" Residential, "A Height and Area, property <br /> located on the southwest corner of Jackson and Grass Roads and on the southwest <br /> corner of Johnson and Hickory Roads, City of South Bend is sent to the Common <br /> Council with a favorable recommendation. The proposed height and area district <br /> is the most restrictive designation in the South Bend Zoning Ordinance. In the <br /> Commission's opinion, the requested height and area designation would not be <br /> detrimental to the surrounding area. <br /> The deliberations of the Area Plan Commission and points considered in arriving <br /> at the above decision are shown in the minutes of the public hearing, and will <br /> be forwarded to you at a later date to be made a part of this report.
