ORDINANCE NO. M7-0 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF JACKSON & GRASS ROADS AND THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE JOHNSON & HICKORY ROADS INTERSECTION IN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: SECTION I. ORDINANCE NO. 4990-68, AS AMENDED, WHICH ORDINANCE IS COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, BE AND THE SAME HEREBY IS AMENDED IN ORDER THAT THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE IN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, ST, JOSEPH COUNTY, STATE OF INDIANA: PARCEL I. The North One-third (1/3) of the West half (1/2) of the Northwest quarter of Section, 33, T. 37 N. , R. 3 E. ,' Penn Township, St. Joseph County, Indiana being more particularly described as: Beginning at the Northwest Corner of said Section 33; thence N. 89u-38'-01" E. along the North line of said Section and the Centerline of Jackson Road, 1337.61 ft. to the Northeast Corner of the West half of the Northwest quarter of said Section 33; thence S. 00 -06'-27" W. along the East line of the West half of the Northwest quarter of said Section and the Centerline of Grass Road, 880.07 ft. ; thence N. 89°-52'-48" W. , 1333.39 ft. ; thence N. 00°-10'-04" W. along the West line of Section 33; 868.73 ft. to the Point of Beginning.
