• <br /> . <br /> SECTION II . Pursuant to I .C. 36-9-30-21, every user of said <br /> leaf collection and removal services shall be charged for the <br /> services provided. A service charge of eighteen-cents ($0.18) per <br /> month shall be charged all such persons, with such monies being <br /> deposited in said fund by the City Controller on a monthly basis. <br /> SECTION III. Voluntary donations and/or grant monies <br /> received by the City from public or private entities may be deposited <br /> into the Fund to be used for those purposes as provided for herein. <br /> SECTION IV. Monies retained in this Fund at the end of the <br /> fiscal year shall not revert to the General Fund. <br /> SECTION V.
