F005.E <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $530 ,000 . 00 FROM <br /> THE LOCAL ROAD AND STREET FUND TO PROJECT <br /> R&S 8904 , PAVING MATERIALS, WITHIN THE LOCAL <br /> ROAD AND STREET FUND <br /> STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br /> In order to provide for safe and efficient movement of <br /> vehicles , paving improvements are needed on certain streets within <br /> the City of South Bend. Funds are needed for the cost of materials <br /> for these improvements . These funds are available from the Local <br /> Road and Street Fund. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Section I . The following sum of money is hereby appro- <br /> priated and ordered set apart from the Local Road and Street Fund <br /> for the project in the amount set forth below: <br /> PROJECT NO.
