WAGES AND COMPENSATION. All provisions of the Agreement between the City of South Bend, Indiana and the Teamsters Local Union No. 364 , South Bend, effective January 1 , 1990 through December 31 , 1992 , concerning any issue of wages and/or compensation, including but not limited to, provisions concerning overtime, stand-by, call-back, shift differential , holidays, vacation and insurance are incorporated herein and made a part hereof as if set forth herein in their entirety. Two ( 2) copies of said Agreement are on file with and shall be made available for public inspection during normal business hours by the City Clerk, 4th Floor, Couny-City Building, South Bend, Indiana. SECTION IV. LOCAL OPTION INCOME TAX. In the event that a Local Option Income Tax becomes effective and tax income from that Local Option Income Tax is received by the City of South Bend in 1991 and 1992 , each employee shall receive a Two Hundred Dollar ($200.00) increase to their base salary in 1992 .
