t [ Y [ <br /> SUBSTITUTE BILL NO. 7`1`t 7- � <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE MAXIMUM SALARIES AND WAGES <br /> OF TEAMSTER EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, <br /> FOR THE CALANDAR YEARS OF 1990, 1991 , AND 1992 <br /> STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT <br /> The intent of this ordinance is to fix the compensation for <br /> all city employees represented by the Chauffers, Teamsters and <br /> Helpers Local Union No. 364, Affiliated with the International <br /> Brotherhood of Teamsters, Chauffeurs, Warehousemen and Helpers of <br /> America, for calendar years 1990, 1991 and 1992 . <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> SECTION I . SCOPE OF COVERAGE. This ordinance shall <br /> determine all issues of compensation for all employees of the City <br /> of South Bend, Indiana represented by the Chauffeurs, Teamsters, and <br /> Helpers Local Union No. 364, affiliated with the International <br /> Brotherhood of Teamsters, Chauffeurs, Warehousemen and Helpers of <br /> America, hereinafter referred to as the "Teamsters Local Union <br /> No. 364, " in the following operational units of the City of South <br /> Bend: <br /> Bureau of Cemeteries <br /> Bureau of Building Maintenance <br /> Century Center (and Morris Civic) <br /> Department of Parks and Recreation <br /> Bureau of Sewers <br /> Bureau of Solid Waste <br /> Bureau of Streets <br /> Bureau of Traffic and Lighting <br /> Bureau of Waste Water <br /> Bureau of Water Works <br /> Division of Equipment Services <br /> Police Department <br /> SECTION II .
