Description of Modifications: <br /> <br />a. The Scope of Services currently authorized to be performed by Engineer in accordance <br />with the Agreement and previous amendments, if any, is modified as follows: <br /> <br />Engineer shall provide construction administration support for the construction phase of <br />the North Shore Bank Stabilization Project. <br />Tasks include: <br />-Preconstruction meeting attendance (1 visit) <br />-Project materials approval <br />-Weekly site visits during construction (Up to 8 visits) <br />-In-field or phone consultation for any special considerations or needed adjustments (Up <br />to 2 visits) <br />-Final inspection and project certification (1 visit) <br /> <br />b. For the Additional Services or the modifications to services set forth above, Owner <br />shall pay Engineer the following additional or modified compensation: $6,500 <br /> <br />
