Sample St., South Bend, IN 46619 <br />September 21, 2020 <br />Josh, <br />Based on our conversations and our last quote I have revised the scope of work per your request. Now <br />that it’s mid September I would suggest we wait a few weeks for a hard frost. After that, the weeds that <br />are present on site will die. We’ll remove the taller weeds and address areas of other weeds either by <br />removing them, cutting them or tilling them. We’ll then prep the areas for seed and overseed the site. <br />By using this approach we can eliminate the need/cost to spray the weeds to kill them and the need to <br />hydro mulch as long as we work the seed into the soil since there will be more moisture this time of <br />year. I’d suggest we perform this work in mid to late October because once overseeding occurs you’ll <br />not be able to mow this area again until spring. <br />Our total for this work is $2,691 <br />Thank you for allowing us to submit this estimate. <br />Jeff <br />+10% Contractor Mark-Up <br />$2,960.10
