When contacted, TX Concrete provided the full scanned document. (see attached) <br /> <br />Division of Engineering recommends award of a contract for Base Quote and Alternate to the <br />lowest responsive / responsible quoter, TX Concrete LLC in the amount of <br />$68,797.50. <br /> <br />Sufficient funds have been have appropriated from MVH, 202-06-602-505- <br />431000. <br /> <br />Enc.
