Division of Engineering reviewed the documents and <br />finds the information correct and complete. Attached is a full bid tabulation which includes alternate <br />and unit pricing. <br /> <br />Base Bid(s) ranked as follows based on price: <br /> <br />CONTRACTOR BASE BID TOTAL <br />Rieth Riley $425,448.92 <br />Walsh and Kelly $469,600.00 <br /> <br />The Division of Engineering recommends the award of the Total Base Bid for the contract for <br />Project No. 116-127 Sample and Sheridan Signal Improvements to Rieth Riley Construction for <br />the Total Base Bid of $425,448.92. <br /> <br />Funding: River West TIF 324-102-121-442001. <br /> <br />Thank you for your consideration of this request. <br />
