The <br /> requests for increases total $772,292. These increases reflect <br /> unanticipated expenses for the year 1990 as well as the interest on <br /> the tax warrants. The decreases total $311,000 which means that we <br /> will be appropriating additional money from our operating reserve. <br /> We will continue to look for additional sources of revenue within the <br /> current budget to offset this appropriation. <br /> This is a companion Ordinance to the Transfer Ordinance submitted <br /> under separate cover. I will look forward to discussing this <br /> Ordinance in greater detail with the Council.
