f SUBSTITUTE BILL NO. ORDINANCE NO. t 33-9a AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING TO THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND CERTAIN TERRITORY CONTIGUOUS THERETO STATEMENT OF PURPOSE OF INTENT: The Common Council believes that it is in the City' s best interest to annex and bring within the Corporate Limits of the City of South Bend certain contiguous territory. This territory is needed and can be used by the City in the reasonably near future for economic development activities. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana as follows: SECTION I.
