(12) The engineering design work for Old Cleveland Road From <br /> Mayflower Road To The Industrial Park (Section 5) consisting of <br /> preliminary engineering design, final construction drawings, <br /> preparation of specifications and bid packets and appurtenant work, <br /> all of such engineering work for public improvements to be made on <br /> the following described real estate acquired or to be acquired by <br /> the Authority: <br /> OLD CLEVELAND ROAD FROM MAYFLOWER ROAD <br /> TO THE INDUSTRIAL PARK (SECTION 5) <br /> . DESCRIPTION <br /> An 80-foot wide parcel of land located in the South Half (S1/2) of <br /> Section Twenty One (21) and the North Half (N1/2) of Section Twenty <br /> Eight (28) all in Township Thirty-Eight (38) North, Range Two (2) <br /> East and all being in German Township, St. Joseph County, the <br /> centerline of which is described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the southwest corner of the Southeast Quarter (SE1/4) <br /> of Section Twenty (20) , Township Thirty Eight (38) North, Range Two <br /> (2) East, also being the approximate intersection of a north-south <br /> public road, known as Mayflower Road and an east-west public road <br /> known as Old Cleveland Road; thence East along the south line of <br /> said South Half (S1/2) of Section Twenty (20) and the south line of <br /> said South Half (S1/2) of Section Twenty One (21) , also being the <br /> approximate centerline of said Old Cleveland Road a distance of <br /> 3681.22 feet to the Point of Beginning of the centerline of this <br /> description; thence continuing along said approximate centerline of <br /> Old Cleveland Road, also being the south line of said South Half <br /> (S1/2) of Section Twenty One (21) , a distance of 2130. 00 feet to <br /> the Point of Terminus of the centerline of said 80-foot wide <br /> parcel. Said parcel description excepting out any existing public <br /> rights of way and being subject to all existing easements and <br /> leases of public record. <br /> -27- <br />
