Miller, Member <br />s /John Collins, Member <br />Attest: <br />s /Linda Martin, Clerk <br />ACKNOWLEDGE MUTUAL AID BOX ALARM SYSTEM INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT <br />Ms. Beachkofsky stated the Mutual Aid Box Alarm System Interlocal Agreement is only for the <br />Board's information and acknowledgement. She noted the agreement is an Interlocal Agreement and <br />it will therefore need to be approved by the Common Council. There being no further questions, the <br />agreement was acknowledged by the Board. <br />FILING OF QUARTERLY REPORT FOR TRAVEL AND TRAINING EXPENDITURES JUNE, <br />JULY, AND AUGUST 2012 -- <br />Chief Stephen Cox, South Bend Fire Department, submitted to the Board a written Quarterly Report <br />for Travel and Training expenditures for the period of June, July, and August 2012. The report <br />indicated the specialized training attended, the names of the officers who attended, and the costs <br />involved. There being no questions concerning this report, the Quarterly Report for Travel and <br />Training Expenditures as submitted was accepted and filed. <br />FILING OF MONTHLY STATISTICAL ANALYSIS REPORT — SEPTEMBER 2012 <br />Fire Chief Stephen Cox submitted to the Board the monthly report for the month of September, 2012 <br />compiled by the Prevention/Inspection Bureau of the Fire Department.
