1r Y r <br /> Bill No. 45-90 <br /> Ordinance No. 310,1-c70 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE FOR PROPERTY <br /> LOCATED AT 2016 EAST EDISON ROAD IN THE CITY OF <br /> SOUTH BEND, INDIANA. <br /> STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT <br /> This Bill would rezone the property commonly known as 2016 <br /> East Edison from "A" Residential "A" Height and Area to "C" <br /> Commercial "B" Height and Area. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, as follows: <br /> SECTION I: Ordinance No. 4990-68, as amended, which <br /> ordinance is commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the <br /> City of South Bend, Indiana, be and the same is hereby <br /> amended in order that the zoning classification of the <br /> following described real estate in the City of South Bend, <br /> St. Joseph County, Indiana: <br /> Lot Numbered Eleven as shown on the Recorded Plat <br /> of Wooded Estates, a Subdivision of Part of the <br /> Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of Section No. 6, <br /> Township 37 North, Range 3 East, now within and a <br /> part of the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, <br /> Indiana, together with the North one-half (N 1/2) <br /> of that part of the vacated alley lying south of <br /> and adjoining said lot, and commonly known as 2016 <br /> East Edison Road <br /> be and the same is hereby established as "C" Commercial, "B" <br /> Height and Area. <br /> SECTION II: This Ordinance shall be in full force and <br /> effect from and after its passage by the Common Council, <br /> approval by the Mayor, and legal publication. <br /> /, / <br /> =tuber 7 " Common Council <br />
