Such prohibited activities include, but are not limited <br /> to: hang gliding, rappelling from towers, and any other use of <br /> trees, towers, or other structures for technical climbing activities. <br /> SECTION III. Chapter 19, Article 3 , Section 19-44(a) is amended <br /> to read as follows: <br /> Sec. 19-44.
