(20) The name, address and telephone number of <br /> the person to contact regarding notice of Council meetings <br /> and public hearings concerning the petition. <br /> (21) The name, address and telephone number of <br /> the person who will work with ETS for employee recruitment. <br /> Sec. 2-84.8 Statement of Benefits, Declaratory and <br /> Confirmatory Resolutions Required. <br /> (a) In addition to the completed petition, filing fee, <br /> and related documents required by Section 2-84.7, the owners <br /> of real property or new manufacturing equipment must file a <br /> completed Statement of Benefits form at the time of filing <br /> the petition. <br /> (b) Proposed forms of Declaratory and Confirmatory <br /> Resolutions are also required of the owner at time of filing <br /> said petition. <br /> (c) Petitioners must agree to work with the Department <br /> of Economic Development in providing it with any additional <br /> information required for their review. Petitioners must <br /> further agree that they will comply with the requirements of <br /> the Redevelopment Design Review Committee where applicable, <br /> and provide information to the ETS, Minority Affairs <br /> Council, and Human Resources and Economic Development <br /> Committee. <br /> (d) The provisions of I.C. , 6-1.1-12 . 1-3 shall be <br /> followed by the designating body when reviewing such <br /> documents required by this Section. <br /> Sec. 2-84.9 Advisory Review by the Department of Economic <br /> Development. <br /> (a) Upon the filing of a completed tax abatement <br /> petition, including all attachments, filing fee, Statement <br /> of Benefits Form, and the Declaratory and Confirmatory <br /> Resolutions by the owner, the City Clerk shall refer said <br /> documents to the Department of Economic Development for an <br /> advisory review. Said review shall be for informational <br /> purposes only, and shall not be binding on the designating <br /> body. <br /> (b) The Department of Economic Development shall <br /> review the Petition, Statement of Benefits, and all <br /> attachments thereto. It shall also have the authority to <br /> request additional information from the petitioner which are <br /> relevant to the Petition and Statement of Benefits. <br /> (c) Within fifteen (15) days from the receipt of said <br /> documents from the Office of the City Clerk, the Department <br /> of Economic Development shall prepare a written report <br /> setting forth a review of its advisory findings. Said <br /> report shall be sent to the Council's Human Resources and <br /> Economic Development Committee, to the Mayor's Minority <br /> Affairs Council, to the City Clerk, and to the Petitioner. <br /> (d) Said report shall address but not be limited to <br /> addressing the following: <br /> (1) Whether all required information has been <br /> submitted by the petitioner.
