Fractional measurements. <br /> When determination of the number of off street spaces required by <br /> this Chapter results in a requirement of a fractional space, the <br /> parking spaces required shall be construed to be the next highest whole. <br /> number. <br /> Sec. 21-95. Uses not specifically listed. <br /> The parking and loading space requirements for a use not <br /> specifically listed in the off street parking and loading schedules <br /> contained herein shall be the same as for a listed use of similar <br /> characteristics of parking and loading demand generation as determined <br /> by the Building Commissioner. <br /> Sec. 21-96. Mixed uses. <br /> In the case of mixed uses, uses with different parking and loading <br /> requirements occupying a building or premises, the spaces required <br /> shall equal the sum of the requirements of the various uses computed <br /> separately. <br /> Sec. 21-97 . Collective provision. <br /> Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to prevent the joint use <br /> of off-street parking facilities if the total number of spaces so <br /> provided is not less than the sum of the separate requirements for each <br /> use and provided that all regulations governing location of spaces, in <br /> relation to the use served, are adhered to. <br /> Sec. 21-98. Units of measurements. <br /> (a) Employees.
