reasonably adequate to withstand the flood depths, pressures, <br /> velocities, impact and uplift forces, and other factors associated with <br /> the one hundred-year flood, and upon completion of the structure that <br /> said structure has been constructed accordingly. <br /> ( 4) On-site waste disposal systems must be located so as to <br /> avoid impairment of them or contamination from them during the <br /> occurrence of the regulatory flood. <br /> (c) Special exceptions. The provisions set forth for permitted <br /> uses in the "F-2" Floodway Fringe District shall also be applicable to <br /> special exceptions in the F-2 District. <br /> DIVISION 13 . ACCESSORY BUILDINGS AND USES. <br /> Section 21-36. 50 Purpose of Division <br /> a) Accessory buildings and uses as-heretefere-defiaed-in-See.: <br /> 21-1+a++&+ shall be permitted in all use districts in accordance with <br /> the specific provisions of this Chapter. In order to further the <br /> objectives of the Comprehensive Plan; to promote and ensure public <br /> health, safety and general welfare; and to encourage the development <br /> and maintenance of attractive and aesthetic residential, commercial, <br /> industrial, and open space areas, reasonable limitations are placed on <br /> the nature, bulk, height, extent, and placement of accessory buildings <br /> and uses. <br /> b) Accessory buildings and uses must meet the conditions and <br /> restrictions set forth in this Chapter. Such conditions and <br /> restrictions have considered the need for such uses in the neighborhood <br /> and the community, and the effect of such uses on neighboring property, <br /> and on the overall requirements for the promotion of the public health, <br /> safety, and general welfare. <br /> Sec. 21-36.51 General Requirements <br /> Accessory buildings and uses shall meet the following general <br /> requirements, as well as any other specific requirements set forth in <br /> this Chapter.
