(2752) Welding shops. <br /> (2853) Uses numbered ( 2) to (63126) inclusive as <br /> permitted in the "C" Commercial District and subject to the provisions <br /> in section 21-18. <br /> (2954) Uses which are uncertain in their classification <br /> under the foregoing headings shall be reviewed by the Board of Zoning <br /> Appeals and their interpretation shall govern. <br /> DIVISION 11. "E" Heavy Industrial District; uses regulated; special <br /> use approval. <br /> (a) In the "E" Heavy Industrial Districts buildings and premises <br /> may be used for any purpose permitted in Section 21-35 iadastriai <br /> putpese;-net-in-eenfliet-with-any-erdinaaee-ef-the-eity-er-statutes-ef <br /> the-State- <br /> (b) Buildings and premises may be used for any of the following <br /> industrial purposes, not in conflict with any ordinance of the City or <br /> the statutes of the States when the location of such use has been <br /> approved by the Board of Zoning Appeals after public hearing: <br /> ( 1) Abattoir. <br /> ( 2) Acid manufacture. <br /> ( 3) Ammonia, bleaching powder or chlorine manufacture. <br /> ( 4) Asphalt, carbon black, charcoal and related products, gas <br /> or tar manufacture. <br /> ( 5) Can and container manufacture. <br /> ( 6) Celluloid manufacture. <br /> (37) Cement, lime, gypsum or plaster of paris manufacture. <br /> (8) Chemical, detergent or soap manufacture. <br /> ( 9) Creosote manufacture. <br /> (10) Distilleries or breweries. <br /> ( 11) Electroplating operations. <br /> (12) Emery cloth and sandpaper manufacture. <br /> (413) Explosive manufacture or storage. <br />
