Sec. 21-34. "C-2" District; amendments to development plans. <br /> The developer of a Planned Shopping Center in any "C-2" District <br /> shall submit a written request to the Area Plan Commission for any <br /> change, alteration., amendment, or extension to the development plan. <br /> If , in the opinion of the Commission, the requested change is <br /> sufficiently substantial to so warrant, the Commission will hold a <br /> public hearing as prescribed under Seetien-f1.-I28the. Indiana Open. <br /> Door Law. If the Commission approves such change, it will notify the <br /> Building Commissioner who shall issue a building permit accordingly. <br /> DIVISION. 10. "D" LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT. <br /> Sec. 21-35. "D" Light Industrial District; uses permitted. <br /> ( a) In the "D" Light Industrial District buildings and premises <br /> may be used, and buildings may be erected or structurally altered for <br /> the following uses only: <br /> ( 1) Animal kennels and animal pounds. <br /> (2) Auction halls. <br /> ( 3) Automobile, truck, trailer, motorcycle or bicycle <br /> assembly. <br /> ( 14) Bakeryies. <br /> ( 5) Beer, wine and liquor wholesale distributing. <br /> ( 26) Blacksmith shops. <br /> (7) Boat and vehicle storage. <br /> ( 38) Bottling plants. <br /> (49) Building materials storage yards. <br /> (S10) Carting, express, hauling or storage yards. <br /> (11) Chemical packaging. <br /> ( 612) Contractors' plant and storage yards. <br /> (713) Coal, coke, and wood yards. <br /> ( 814) Dairy plants. <br /> ( 915) Dyeing and cleaning plants. <br /> ( 16) Electronic equipment manufacture and assembly. <br /> (17) Feed or grain storage. <br />
